Kevin at Wizbang links to a disgusting cartoon by "artist" Ted Rall, whose immorality knows no bounds. In attempting to insult Americans who voted for Bush, he mocks mentally retarded people -- something most of us were taught not to do while we were in grade school. If Rall is syndicated in your local paper, this is surely grounds for a letter to the editor.
