CBS Contra Bloggers

Via Glenn Reynolds, Charles Johson, et al. say that CBS has posted the PDF of their report to prevent bloggers from cutting and pasting the text. As Glenn notes, however, Wizbang has an HTML version from which you may cut and paste.

As if their defense of the fake documents, followed by their (and the Report's) denial of any political bias, didn't make them look like the biggest bunch of fools on earth. Was this supposed to be a fail-safe measure to protect their integrity? Is the report a private document from which others may not quote?

This really will be an interesting story to follow, less for what it tells us about CBS (we already know plenty) than for how the MSM plays it.
